3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your nb55 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You agree to notify nb55 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Available methods may change at nb55's discretion. All PKR transactions are subject to the minimum deposit of Rs 500 unless otherwise specified on the cashier page.
4.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to a third party, is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits where possible. nb55 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal. Processing times are estimates only; actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and nb55's verification requirements.
4.4 Currency. All account balances are maintained in PKR unless otherwise stated. nb55 is not responsible for currency conversion losses arising from payments made in other currencies.
4.5 Fraud Prevention. nb55 monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, money laundering, or in breach of these Terms may be reversed, and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
5.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game and betting market offered on nb55 is governed by specific rules that supplement these Terms. You are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager. Game-specific rules are accessible within each respective game or betting section on the nb55 platform.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. nb55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on incorrect odds, bets that exceed permitted limits, or bets placed after an event has commenced where pre-match rules apply.
5.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error or system failure, nb55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. nb55 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
5.4 Cricket & Sports Betting. All cricket and sports betting markets are subject to the applicable sporting body's official results. nb55 may settle markets based on official results even where result broadcasts or data feeds may differ temporarily.
6.1 nb55 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, and promotions. All bonuses are subject to separate promotion-specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer.
6.2 Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the stated requirements will result in the bonus being removed from the account.
6.3 nb55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
6.4 Abuse of bonus offers – including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements – will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

nb55 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to be in violation of this clause, and to void and forfeit any winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
8.1 All content on the nb55 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and game content, is the property of nb55 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the nb55 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit any nb55 content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nb55 and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the nb55 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
9.2 nb55 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions. nb55 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.
9.3 nb55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nb55 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 nb55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes a user has breached these Terms or where closure is required for regulatory, legal, or security reasons.
11.2 Upon closure of a compliant account with a positive balance, any remaining PKR balance will be returned to the user via their primary deposit method, subject to identity verification and applicable withdrawal conditions.
11.3 You may close your nb55 account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nb55 is incorporated.
12.2 In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact nb55 customer support in the first instance. nb55 will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. For unresolved disputes, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
